    I ordered WELL ahead, on Feb 1st!!! Ordered 12 roses for delivery to my other half. I even joined up for the “Deliver on the 13th or 14th” so I was definite it might get there in good time. Not so. On the fifteenth, I called in and asked where the delivery was. They announced it was delivered, solely to a different building since shipping wasn’t done at the building I had listed in the delivery address.

    What a handful of bull. The shopper service rep bold-faced LIED to me on the telephone. They NEVER delivered it, just lied. They are rebating all of my cash and even including a twenty percent off future purchase gift token, but I can ASSURE you, I will be able to NEVER use this service again. What a pleasant way for them to completly RUIN Valentine’s Day for me and my other half. Just sad…

    With the flowers there had been a nice gift voucher with roses on the front and the message that my bloke had typed in when he ordered them. As well as this there had been instructions on the way to look after the roses and it was commended to chop the end off the stems before placing them in water that contained the enclosed flower food.

    This I did and saw the roses were just beginning to open from the bud form. Just the right stage to get them so they last, and last they did.

    I was in a position to have them sitting out for a full 2 weeks before they began to shrivel and in that time they opened out to show the full rose.

    I was extremely impressed by this as I had been given roses during the past that did not last as long or totally open up.

    Take it easy on the survey emails.

    I selected Flowers.com as the delivery was a distance away. I did not have time to figure out your questions right away. Too many take a survey emails in my inbox.

    The flowers were bought for a furnaral, when they arrived the were shriveled and not nice at all. The family was extraordinarily dissappointed with them, and they let me know it — pretty embarrassing. In the future I check out another service for sending flowers outside the state.

    Product costs were competitive, but I was shocked at the delivery costs, sort of high. You’d be better off charging more for the products and less for the transport.

    When I placed my order it was delivered a couple of days too early. I wrote into shopper service and they went above and beyond expectancy to mend the situation. They redelivered the flowers on the proper day. I was extraordinarily grateful and appreciate that they actually did such a lot to cure the situation.

    I attempted to respond a thanks – but the thanks went to a non-reply box. But I want to say thanks for looking after the difficulty.
